♡ Terms of service ♡

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my following terms of service.

How to order

♡ Send me a message via twitter, instagram (any of your choice) with a clear reference of the character, pose, background or props you would like on the illustration.
♡ Payment is through Paypal's invoice or Ko-fi.
♡ You must send the full payment before I start working on the commission.

Terms and conditions

♡ Clients must be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement or has a legal guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
♡ Refunds aren't accepted once I start with your commission.
♡ You're only getting a digital illustration, the final product will be sent on email or sta.sh link.
♡ I won't remove my watermarks on my Illustrations.
♡ Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.

Delivery time

♡ Commissions are first asked first served.
♡ The Estimated Time of Arrival depends on the commission type, complexity and workload.
♡ The completion of the commission may take up to 3 days or 2 weeks (once I start working on your project)
♡ If your commissions has a deadline, specify it beforehand so we can discuss it.
♡ You can see when it's your turn by accessing to my To do list on Trello.
♡ Clients have the right to request refunds after 4 months if there was no progress delivered.

Revisions & Updates

♡ I will consistently provide progress updates on the illustration (sketch, lineart, base color and shading), allowing the client to add minor suggestions or adjustments. It is the client's responsibility to communicate any desired changes within the timeframe of each update. (Maximum response time: 3-5 days)
♡ Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required.
♡ Revisions may delay progress.
♡ After the commission is finished, only small edits are allowed (coloring or accesories mistakes).

Copyright

♡ I retain copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes display, advertising, printing, and posting work in progress on my websites.
♡ The finished illustration is for personal use only, if the client wants commercial use rights, it must be stated previously.
♡ Client must not edit or modify my work in any way without prior permission from me.
♡ Additional charges will be required for commercial usage, typically 50%-100% of the original cost.Thank you for your interest on commissioning me!
